New rules to end long phone waits for customer service in Israel
According to new regulations, if customers' calls are not answered within three minutes, they must have option of leaving a message and the company must call back within three hours.
Israelis who call customer service can no longer be put on hold for more than three minutes, thanks to regulations that took effect last week and apply to various kinds of companies.
