Just one year after the cottage cheese protest, it seems the fury directed toward dairy product manufacturers has substantially ebbed. A Nielsen report indicates that market shares for the major dairy companies – among them Tnuva Food Industries, whose price increase on cottage cheese caused the storm – were almost entirely unharmed this year.
