As of December 1, HOT and YES will be required to offer consumers the option of subscribing to limited but lower-cost packages.

HOT cable television is expected to offer a package with a limited number of channels that will include sports programming from Arutz ONE and new children's programs produced by group owned in part by Israeli-American entertainment mogul Haim Saban and former Sports Channel CEO Avi Bar.
