Helsinki-based Citycon, a subsidiary of Israeli company Gazit Globe (TASE: GLOB) , has signed an agreement buying a shopping center near Stockholm for EUR 61 million.

The shopping center, with 31,000 square meters, would be the 13th one that Citycon owns in Sweden.

Citycon today owns 86 shopping centers in Finland, its home country, in Sweden, and the Baltic nations.

Traded on the Helsinki stock exchange, Citycon is today worth EUR 800 million, after its share price climbed 62% from the start of the year.
