Every Mother's Day I wake up in the morning for the sweet smell of freshly made pancakes. A tall stack of the steaming pancakes is waiting for me downstairs, next to the smiling faces of my three boys and one husband. They all know I don't even like pancakes. But they all seem so happy and proud, about to eat their favorite Mother's Day treat, so how can I be upset?
