Tomatoes stuffed with love
There's no better way for a chef to express love for his family than serving them a labor-intensive stuffed vegetables dish. Here's my Italian-inspired favorite.
The Middle Eastern tradition of stuffing just about any vegetable brings some of the most delicious, but also labor-intensive, dishes to the table. I always think there's no better way for a cook to show how much love he has for his family than to prepare stuffed vegetables.
