The 'could' attack, they could have chemical weapons, they could be making weapons of mass destructions, they 'could' have a nuclear bomb, they 'could' do this and that. The Smurfs could exits ... Assad has been saying since the beginning that this war is extremists trying to overthrow their non-extreme government with lots of foreign fighters pushing the situation including Al Quida.
