After angering quite a few people in Britain for questioning London's readiness for the Olympic Games over the weekend, presumptive Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney landed in Israel and already managed to infuriate the dozens of American reporters accompanying him on his trip.

Why do "the press" think they have a divine right to go everywhere? What is wrong with Romney deciding he wants to meet potential or current Who says "the press" have any rights?

The don't have 'rights' besides the right to attack Romney for breaking his promise
- By Alfie

He made a promise to allow open access. He broke it. The press should now ride his backside for it. And why is Romney raising money in a foreign country, anyway?

The press do not have the right , but the job , to report on wat is going on. Him stopping them from doing that job is the problem. And of course that he lines up besides all those other promise -breaking politicians

Rights of the Press enshrined
- By Sam

in the US Constitution. See the First Amendment. They are the eyes and ears of the people. Mitt is entirely dedicated to secrecy about his past; his Olympic records and emails were destroyed, his records of his Governor stint in Mass were wiped off all the computers and their hard drives taken, his tax returns secret except for most of his 2010 return and for almost all of his religious beliefs within the highly secret Mormon religion. He has admitted that he did some of the posthumous baptism into Mormonism. I'll bet that Adelson blocked any questions whether any of Romney's baptisms were of the Jews who died in the Holocaust.

the media has become a cheering section for obama the bum. I hope Romney wins as obama's ruining America. Take this from a former life long democrat. obama and his minister hate both Israel and Jews. Our home is voting for Romney to help save what's left of America and bring back pride and prosperity.

01 0 0Closing a $50,000 per plate fundraiser to the press, which will be attended by casino mogul Sheldon Adelson
- By Albert Edelson
- 29 Jul 2012
- 11:58AM
Mr. Romney and Mr. Adelson's visceral preoccupation with Israel is at best disturbing and unwanted by veteran Israel citizens such as myself - who have contributed hands-on to building our little country, throughout our lifetimes. Having served in the IDF and worked hard in Israeli industry all my life, I deeply resent Mr. Adelson's efforts to buy himself "kavod" in our society. Mr. Romney is wasting his time here too, he must think that we are fools...he should stay home and do his "work" in the U.S. This Republican traveling circus is utterly ridiculous even if it floats in gamblers' big money.
