Without abandoning his opposition to a Palestinian state, Zeev Elkin sounded almost mellow last week when he spoke at the launch of a Knesset caucus to promote a two-state solution to the conflict.
Last week, a Knesset caucus for advancing a two-state solution of the Arab-Israeli conflict was launched. The man behind the group and its long, pretentious name is MK Yehiel "Hilik" Bar (Labor). The messages delivered by most of the MKs who spoke at the launch party were predictable, with the exception of Deputy Foreign Minister Zeev Elkin (Likud).
