On Tuesday afternoon, Labor Party chairman Shelly Yacimovich spoke at the Mount Zion Hotel in Jerusalem at the Jewish People Policy Institute’s annual conference. For a quarter of an hour, Yacimovich presented her socioeconomic doctrine. Nothing was new in the content of her speech, but one thing was very different: she spoke in English.
