Former Betar Jerusalem star, Eli Ohana, has been drawn against his old club in the quarterfinal of the State Cup.
The draw, made yesterday at the Israel Football Association headquarters in Ramat Gan, has sent Ohana's Bnei Yehuda outfit against Betar's Teddy Stadium, in the most attractive game of the round.
In other matches, cup holder Maccabi Tel Aviv has been handed a relatively simple task, as it was drawn to host third division Hapoel Kiryat Shmona. League champion Maccabi Haifa will face Maccabi Kiryat Gat at its own Kiryat Eliezer stadium.
The last time these two teams met, Kiryat Gat won 4-0, in one of the freak results of recent years. It seems almost inconceivable that Gil Landau's charges will manage to pull off another shock.
The final quarterfinal sees Maccabi Petah Tikva face the winner of the postponed game between Hapoel Petah Tikva and Hapoel Tel Aviv.
